Our team of  professionals is comprised of a unique blend of individuals,

with institutional and entrepreneurial real estate experience. 

Paul E. Kiebler, IV
Chief Executive Officer & Founder 

Since founding Pepper Pike Capital Partners and its predecessor APM Management in 2002, Mr. Kiebler has been directly involved in the planning, construction, lease-up, and management of more than 30,000 apartment homes throughout the eastern United States. Paul directs all facets of the organization and its 5,500+ apartment homes with a market value of over $500 million. Paul's passion for real estate began at a young age when he purchased, renovated, and sold his first house at the age of 16. He progressed into investment real estate while assisting his father in the family’s appraisal business. He is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Real Estate and Urban Analysis. 

Stephanie Lang
Vice President of Revenue & Operations 

Stephanie managerially directs property operations for all of Pepper Pike Capital Partners' residential communities. She has been active in property management for over 15 years. Her background encompasses

all phases of real estate management including marketing, market research, occupancy control, pricing, resident relations, positioning initiatives, reporting, staffing, property maintenance, and budgeting. Stephanie's area

of expertise is diverse, enabling her to quickly shift from devising strategic marketing plans and advertising campaigns, to overseeing PR activities, to solving difficult resident issues, hiring, training, and motivating team members. She has been successful in the leasing stabilization of high profile properties within her portfolio and the repositioning of existing sites. Her real estate experience includes supervision of conventional, affordable, commercial and new construction throughout the Midwest. She has also been the Chairperson of the Education Committee and is an Approved Instructor for the Certified Leasing Professional Classes. Stephanie earned

a BA in Communications from Bowling Green State University. Stephanie holds her Real Estate Sales License

from Hondros College in Cleveland, OH and is a Certified Ohio Real Estate Agent. She is a member of the

National Association of Realtors, and the Cleveland Area Board of Realtors.

Chase Canfield, JD
Chief People & Culture Officer  

Chase possesses over 20 years of executive leadership experience in Human Resources & Organizational Excellence from multiple industries. He specializes in liability assessment, organizational design & effectiveness, team member engagement, and culture transformation. As Chief People & Culture Officer for PPCP, Chase’s responsibilities include overseeing the Human Resources division, talent management, and culture-shaping to help position the company for continued growth. Chase earned his Bachelor of Arts from Miami University (Ohio) and his Juris Doctor from the University of Toledo College of Law. He is a member of the Cleveland Society for Human Resource Management (CSHRM) and the HR Leadership Group of Northeast Ohio. Chase resides in Broadview Heights, Ohio, with his two daughters, Embry and Laine.

Jacob Repasky
Director of Acquisitions

Jacob leads the team responsible for the acquisition and disposition efforts. Since joining the team in April 2021, his team has closed 17 transactions representing 6,500 units and over $750m in transaction volume. He holds a B.S.B.A. degree from The Ohio State Universities' Fisher College of Business. Jake began his career with Wells Fargo's Commercial Real Estate group in Chicago, where he was exposed to a broad spectrum of deal in various asset classes. From 2017 to 2020, he worked in both the Capital Markets & Acquisition departments at Lifestyle Communities, a Columbus Ohio based multi-family developer and owner. In his time at LC, Jake negotiated and closed over $300 Million in construction and stabilized debt on multi-family properties with national banks and federal agencies, managed investor relations with family office partners, coordinated the recapitalization of a 1,500-unit multi-family portfolio, spearheaded the acquisition of a 600-unit multi-family property, and served as the lead developer on large scale multi-family development projects in Columbus, Raleigh, and Charleston. 

Steve Pogozelski
Director of Accounting – Corporate / Management Company

Steve graduated Summa Cum Laude from Cleveland State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree, majoring in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant and OSCPA member. Steve has worked with prominent property management firms in Northeast Ohio, both as a consultant and as a CFO. Prior to entering the property management field, his career history includes Director of Finance/Controller for Realty One Inc. and Controller

for National Medical Diagnostics, Inc. Steve also served as an Experienced Audit Senior for Arthur Anderson

& Company.

Jason Kleiman
VP of Capital Acquisitions

Mr. Kleiman, with twenty five years of private equity real estate experience, is responsible for all capital sourcing, debt structures and investor management for the firm.

Mr. Kleiman joined Pepper Pike Capital Partners in 2024 as Vice President of Capital Markets. Prior to joining Pepper Pike, Mr. Kleiman was the founding partner of HealthCo Ventures where he focused on value creation through the acquisition and development of hospitality, industrial and multifamily assets. During his tenure with HealthCo Ventures, Mr. Kleiman deployed $300 Million in equity, acquired assets valued at $1.2 Billion and achieved partner returns in excess of 400%.

Prior to his leadership within investment management,  Mr. Kleiman held senior brokerage positions with Trammell Crow, CBRE and Avison Young. Jason earned a Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University and received a B.S. in Marketing from Indiana University. Mr. Kleiman is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Illinois.
